OUR ORGANISATION

Our vision is that higher education students are always treated fairly. We work towards this by resolving individual complaints from students, sharing learning from complaints to help improve policies and practices, and working with other organisations in the HE sector and beyond. Our strategy sets out our organisational priorities.

Our organisation is built on a foundation of strong values. Our people are professional and committed. We have effective governance arrangements in place with oversight by an independent Board.

We are committed to providing an excellent service and are always keen to have feedback on what we do.

Annual Open Meeting 2019

On 3 May 2019, we held our Annual Open Meeting in London.

The meeting was attended by over 120 delegates from providers, students’ unions and associations and sector organisations.

The meeting followed the publication of our 2018 Annual Report.
